Something that comes up with my clients as frequently as their workouts is nutrition. For those that are new to the healthy lifestyle, dropping these bad food habits can be very difficult. If someone is super motivated to get into shape, why is it so difficult to stay away from foods that are not good for you? How come that extra slice of pizza is so tempting, but an extra helping of broccoli isn’t?
